Mike Moses is a coach, mentor, and lifelong student of human development with decades of experience working with kids and young athletes.

He is the founder and head coach of the World Famous Evolve Academy of Martial Arts, a program recognized for producing not just skilled athletes, but confident, disciplined, and resilient young people. Over the years, Mike has coached thousands of children across all ages and backgrounds—helping them develop emotional control, work ethic, respect, and belief in themselves.

What sets Mike apart is his understanding that kids don’t need more pressure—they need the right environment. Through years on the mat and countless conversations with parents and coaches, he has seen how adult behavior—especially on the sidelines—can either strengthen a child’s confidence or quietly erode it.
